Refund Policy
At MAKZ LLC, we are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where customers may need to request a refund. Hence, we have established this refund policy to address such situations.
To qualify for a refund, customers must request a refund from our customer service team within three days of the transaction date. If the customer does not contact us within this time frame, the transaction will be deemed non-refundable.
Transactions that are not eligible for a refund include services that have already been rendered, services that have been partially rendered, and trades that are more than three days old.
If a customer is eligible for a refund, the refund process will commence within 5-7 business days of the customer’s request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. The customer will be notified via email once the refund has been processed.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the services provided by MAKZ LLC, they can contact our customer service team to resolve the issue. The customer may file a dispute with their financial institution if the problem cannot be resolved.
MAKZ LLC reserves the right to modify this refund policy without prior notice.
